Can I cancel a monthly plan?
Yes — cancel any time from Settings and get a full refund, as long as you haven't spent any credits that month. Annual plans are prorated per unused month, with no ArtEmotion refund fee.
What happens if I cancel?
Your credits stay until the end of the billing period. After that, remaining credits are held for 90 days so you can resubscribe without losing them.
Is there a free tier?
New accounts get 50 free credits — enough to sample a few models before deciding which plan fits. No credit card required to start.
How much does a Flux Pro image cost?
Flux Pro at 1024×1024 costs 28 credits. Exact costs vary by model, resolution, and settings and are shown in real time before you generate.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. Your credits are never affected by a plan change.
